Benefits of Celery Juice - How Celery Juice Changed My Family’s Health

In my journey toward better health, I had tried countless diets, superfoods and supplements. Some stuck, while others were short-lived. With so much conflicting information out there, and already battling several health issues, it was always hard to know which direction to take. There was one addition however, that impacted our well-being: celery juice. Here’s how this medicinal tonic found a permanent place in our lives.

Life often leads us down unexpected paths, sometimes through the most challenging experiences. For me, that moment came with a miscarriage—a heartbreaking event that shifted my perspective on health and wellness. Overwhelmed with grief and feeling physically and emotionally depleted, I knew I needed significant changes to heal.

During this time, friends, family members, and even acquaintances began mentioning the Medical Medium, Anthony William, and his holistic health advice. It felt as if the universe was sending me a message.  Everywhere I turned, someone was talking about the power of celery juice and the healing protocols recommended by him.

Intrigued by the repeated mentions, I explored his books and teachings. His insights into the power of natural foods and their healing properties resonated with me. I was particularly drawn to the simplicity of celery juice, which he often highlighted as a cornerstone of his healing protocols.

I learned that celery has incredible abilities to improve various health issues. Its powerful anti-inflammatory properties and capacity to flush out viruses are life-changing, especially for those with autoimmune diseases. Celery can starve pathogens and contains undiscovered mineral salts that act as an antiseptic. When these mineral salts encounter viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens responsible for chronic illnesses, they break down and destroy them. Rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, celery juice aids digestion, reduces inflammation, and promotes overall wellness.

I began incorporating celery juice into my daily routine. Every morning, I juiced fresh celery stalks, and drank 1L on an empty stomach, especially since I was battling an auto-immune disease. Over time, I noticed subtle yet profound changes. My energy levels increased, my digestion improved, and my overall mood lifted. The brain fog began to clear, my psoriasis lessened and felt a renewed sense of vitality. Whilst continuing my healing, I was also blessed enough to fall pregnant again.

As I continued to experience the benefits, I introduced celery juice to my family. I started my children on the recommended doses from 6 months old and they have enjoyed it every morning since! Involving them in the process – washing, juicing, and serving – made them excited about the routine. And on the occasional off days – a little bribery works wonders to keep the habit going! Remarkably, both of my children, who had been struggling with psoriasis and eczema, experienced significant improvements in their skin conditions. The anti-inflammatory properties of celery juice played a crucial role in their healing journey.

If you find yourself facing a challenging time, know that healing is possible. Sometimes, the answers come from unexpected places and through gentle nudges from those around us. Embrace those messages, explore new paths, and trust in the journey. Celery juice and the wisdom of Medical Medium brought light into my life when I needed it most.

If you’re looking for a simple, natural way to boost your family’s wellness, I highly recommend giving celery juice a try. Cheers to health and happiness!

Tips for Success

If you’re considering adding celery juice to your family’s routine to improve your health, here are a few tips:

  1. Start Slowly: Gradually introduce the juice to allow everyone to adjust to the taste and its effects. If you’re sensitive and 16 ounces is too much initially, start with a smaller amount and work your way up.

  2. Morning Routine: Drink 16 ounces or more of fresh, plain celery juice (with no other ingredients) on an empty stomach every morning. Celery juice is a medicinal, not a caloric drink, so you’ll still need breakfast afterward to fuel your morning.

  3. Involve the Kids: Let your children help with the preparation. The involvement makes them more likely to try and enjoy the juice.

  4. Stay Consistent: Make celery juice a part of your daily routine for the best results.

  5. Elevate the Routine: Enhance the benefits by starting with 500ml-1L lemon water (lukewarm or cold, never hot) on an empty stomach. Wait 15-30 minutes and have your celery juice. Wait another 15-30 minutes before consuming any food.

  6. Use Organic Celery: Whenever possible, use organic celery. If using conventional celery, ensure you wash it thoroughly before juicing.

  7. Adjust the Flavour: If the taste of straight celery juice too strong, you can add cucumber and/or one apple to the juice. This is a great option as you get adjusted to the flavour. Gradually increase the ratio of celery over time, the greatest benefits come from consuming celery juice on its own.

    CELERY JUICE RECIPE

Plain, fresh celery juice is one of the most powerful healing juices available to us. This clean, green drink is the very best way to start your day. Make this juice a part of your daily routine, and soon you won’t want to go a day without it!

    Ingredients:

    1 bunch celery

    Directions:

Rinse the celery and run it through a juicer (preferable a cold pressed juicer). Strain whilst pouring into your glass. Drink immediately for best results.

Alternatively, you can chop the celery and blend it in a high-speed blender until smooth. Strain well and drink immediately.

    CELERY JUICE AMOUNTS FOR CHILDREN

The Medical Medium, Anthony William, has specific recommendations for children when it comes to celery juice doses. Here are his guidelines:

    • 6 months: 1 ounce or more celery juice per day.
    • 1 year old: 2 ounces or more of celery juice per day.
    • 18 months old: 3 ounces or more of celery juice per day.
    • 2 years old: 4 ounces or more of celery juice per day.
    • 3 years old: 5 ounces or more of celery juice per day.
    • 4 to 6 years old: 6 to 7 ounces or more of celery juice per day.
    • 7 to 10 years old: 8 to 10 ounces or more of celery juice per day.
    • 11 years and older: 12 to 16 ounces of celery juice per day.

These doses can be adjusted based on the child's comfort and reaction to the juice. It’s important to start with smaller amounts and gradually increase the dose to allow the child's body to adjust to the new addition to their diet.
