Organic White Sushi Rice 500g

This Japanese-style short-grain rice is polished and specially selected for its naturally sticky texture, giving it the perfect ability to bind together. It’s the classic base for all your sushi creations, from rolls and rice balls to poke-style bowls. Its subtle sweetness and soft, slightly chewy bite also make it a beautiful addition to salads, stir-fries and other Asian-inspired dishes.
How to Cook:
Rinse under running water and drain. Combine 1 cup of rice with 2 cups of water. Bring to the boil uncovered, then cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and fluff gently with a fork before serving.
